I'm looking to improve the quality of my car's ride. I am new to car performance. In that sense, I'd like to .. not feel any bumps/imperfections in the road!
I also plan on sound deadening the trunk/doors/license plate/maybe the floor.
What are some ways to go about doing this or is there a place where I could go to look to see what does what? Thanks.
go 70 - 80 series tires. Narrower tires make less noise, fill to factory minimums. Invest a grand in dynamat for floor and side panels, all new rubber seals, foam fill all empty spaces and do research on noise cancellation systems, they work well with road roar.
if you're not too attached to your car, and have a bit of cash to spend, trade in for an es300...then you won't need any sound deadening or anything like that....the "L" does it all for you....

I figured as much but on the same token.. I paid 8k for my car... can I get a 99 ES300 in good condition, 50k miles, for 9.5k? Probably not.
try taking a look at raammat- it's all the same stuff, or if you're in the states, go to your home depot and ask for peel and seal...it's supposed to be roofing stuff.....make a search for it on TN...there's been discussions about it

Yea, a lot of people into car audio use peel and seal.
