First time hitting over 300 miles with tank halfway full.
Man, I'm so surprised how much mileage my camry increased during these days. My record to date is 314 miles at the halfway mark of gas. Can I say
My last record was around 520 miles on a full tank, but that was because I was on a road trip that was mostly downhill. Didn't count. So I'm hoping I'll hit over 450 before my tank runs dry.
On other note, today, I saw a truck with a busted gas tank. I could smell that gas 50 feet away, and it's totally ain't safe for your body. Anyways, I felt bad for the guy, because his tank was gussing gallons of gas on the freeway. Good thing no one threw out a cig butt out the window. Could of ignited a wall of flames.
i make between 500-600 kms on my gen3 70L tank (pretty sureits 70 or 65L)

I know for sure that the Gen 5-5.5 Camrys have a 18.5 gallon tank. Don't know about anyone else. But for sure, you guys know how slow I drive my car now. That means, no more gassing to pass a slow car. Just accelerate slowly but surely.
Damn...I got you beat, I've gone 3 months with only 1 tank of gas....of course the car is in storage for the winter. My best was 450 to the tank in my gen 3...I can't win
I get close to 500 miles on every fillup (ok sometimes i refill at 470 withing the low fuel light being indicated). Max i think would have been 520 or so.....only reason my solara is a 4banger is cus i use her as a commuter car.
Edit: On a side note, i've filled close to 18.3 gallons once!
^All camry platform cars have had an 18.5 gallon tank since '92.
I got around 440m one one tank one time. Least amount of fun I'd ever had. If you can afford the car, you can afford the gas!

Wow impressive. I wouldnt try "empty"-ing the gas tank to see how much miles i can go with a tank of gas because i heard that low fuel level is not good for the car because of the deposites that accumilate in the gas tank as the fuel level gets low (correct me if im wrong). It also says in the manual not to leave the gas level low.
Man, I get about 230 miles max on my V6 '98 Camry (mix of highway and town driving), and that's with always following the posted speed limit and driving smoothly.
