2nd Generation front light setup

alright guys this may be a dumb question but i was planning on switching around the wiring to the lights on the front of my car to where the corner light works as the front turn signal and I was going to put driving lights in the spot where the turn signal is currently. If i wired the driving lights to come on at any time the park lights would be on, would there be any legal issues with this since I wont exactly have a front marker? I figure it would be alright since there will be a driving light on but I want to just check. you never know what the 5-0 will hassle ya over. thanks ahead of time.

yeah that's be fine. as long as you have turn signals somewhere it's ok. the problem with the gen2 is our corner lights suck during the day. i have my corners to flash with the turn signal but during the day you can't see them at all. and you can wire up a switch so u can turn them on and off when parking lights are on.
