Trying to fix cosmetic problems...

The previous owner (and my carelessness regarding the stereo installation) caused some cosmetic looks to go awry.

Problem #1

The last owner of the car left some of the things on the door panels looking like a disaster. Are any of these parts available to replaced. I know about the rip in one of the pictures and that doesn't need to be replaced, but are the pegs & screw covers replaceable?

Problem #2 (the one I created)

While installing my girlfriend's stereo, I took off the U-shaped trim piece and didn't notice that they were being held down by two metal clips on each side of the U-shaped trim piece.

I got one of the metal clips, however the other fell down, most likely into the console area, where normal hands do not penetrate.

Is it possible to get a new clip locally or am I better off dismanteling the center console in order to retrieve a metal clip. Without the clip 50% of the U shaped trim piece feels very loose and ready to come off and considering its my girlfriend... she is going to get annoyed.

Pictures of what I am talking about...

Problem #3

The plastic Toyota emblem on the hood grill is gone (no picture needed to explain this). Is this able to be fixed as well.

Thanks everyone.

The fasteners you describe are available at your friendly Toyota dealer. Same with metal clip.

God I dont know who did the interior, what I do know is that it is damned annoying and ugly. I guess that is why my girlfriend got such a good deal on such a low mileage car. The good part is when I installed the speakers I didn't feel bad how I took off the trim panels because of how ugly it already looked.

I have seen similar plastic items at at Auto-Zone and places. They are always black plastic though. The metal clip ??? Dealer or junkyard.

You can get the metal clip(s) and the pins for the door in the right color at your Toyota dealer. Together, they shouldn't be more than $10. For that kind of money I would go to the dealer and not bother with the junkyard. The dealer will probably have to order the correct color door pins for you, so you will have to make 2 trips; unless you call the dealer, identify the parts you need and the correct color and give them your charge card over the phone. Special (non-stock) orders must be paid for in advance.
