Cool

Adjustable tower braces, and/or any non ultra-beefy tower brace is virtually worthless.

A great one does little for handling, a mediocer< brace just let's the upper intake manifold's smack into them during shifts, while bowing under the chassie flex. (not strong enough to hold it together)

felkajamine won it on ebay LoL!

i feel its more of a show peice then anything. like all parts of a car they all work together. So if you only have 1 peice of the puzzle it doesn't help but say if you get a rear sway it should help more. kinda like the whole intake/exhaust and other things.

IMO Strut bars are more for aesthetic appeal. I've seen people say in previous posts that the only strut bars that work are the one's that have 3 points of contact with the car (the towers and firewall maybe?). I myself have an SPW strut bar on my Gen4 (I got it off of ebay too) and I can't really tell if it made a difference, but it does look pretty nice. But I did encounter a problem. When I first installed it my throttle body dug into the bar . I had to put some spacers to help with the clearance problem.

Look at how much for shipping. You can get it cheaper in any shop.
Sturt tower bar reduce body roll at light to mid cornering. You'll see more different with stiffer spring. It helps a bit with stock suspension. Its the cheapest and more effective mod. Of course a 3 point is the best but you can't bet a $20 bolt-on that works.

Well, if they're for asthetic purposes, then they should let car manufacturer's know that they're wasting money into R&D for putting strut bars into OEM spec vehicles.

Also, they WORK BEST WHEN YOUR CAR IS LOWERED. If your car is lowered it creates a lot less body roll and that's when the strut bar really shines.

Besides, if you get it and it doesn't do much.. you're out, what, $23? Meh, take that chance unless you REALLY can't afford that.

If you can't feel a different, either your suspension is too soft or you don't corner fast enough
