It has taken what seems like a lifetime... but like they say, all good things come in time, or something like that. Anyways these Rays Engineering Gram Lights 57Pro are now my pride and joy! These very light 2 piece (with the inner being forged magnesium) make a noticable difference to acceleration, something I'm very happy about. Tyres are Hankook Ventus Sport K104, a very good tyre especially considering the price. Michellin apparently have exactly the same compound (with better tread design) for an extra AU$450 a tyre!!
Pictures are on my webpage, the link is down in my sig.
the wait is finally over eh wibbit.....now the question is do they look better in real life pictures or are the photoshops we spent a whole nite doing better?
if its anyones fault, then it would have to be mine as i persuaded him to get the rims. wibbit was thinking about all sorts of other rims, but after one night/morning (we finished at 5am ) of photoshopping different rim combinations onto his car, we ended up with the gram lights as being a nice set for his car.
then he decided to wait a few more days to make his decision, which was hard since i was constantly bombarding him with "DO IT" "GRAM LIGHTS" etc etc
wibbit tells me the pictures dont do the car justice, but either way they're a great set of rims. maybe i should persuade him to get some more work done on his cam
