^ it's not as bad as people say it is maybe with the sprints it'll be worse, but I ran with my v6 eibach springs for over a year on stock struts and they held up fine
the ride was a bit bouncy and you can get a "floaty" feeling when hitting big bumps too but it's not too bad

I guess I could save up for some Eibachs if I'm not buying the struts right now and then in a few months after I tint some more cars and do a website I'm supposed to do I should be able to buy the struts.

I think you pay less for labor but more for parts like Eibachs, etc.
The Springs will determine your height, also will affect ride because of spring rate. Spring rate determines how hard (fast) it bounces back. Shocks is for dampening, which really affects ride. Dampening is how fast it compresses or decompresses.
I would recommend doing both at same time. If you want the harsher, sportier feel, do the shocks. Lower ride for looks, just springs.
Do not forget to factor in wheel alignment each time.
