Question for the gen2 peeps.

How many gallons of gas does it take for you to get a full tank?

the owners manual claims that the tank is 15.9 gallons, but ive never got more than 12.5 gallons in mine.

Also, how many miles can you get out of a tank?

My tank is 15 gallons. I can usually squeeze 16 in for road trips tho for some reason. Gas mileage depends of engine size, mods, and how hard you drive your car. I drive my camry pretty hard and get anywhere from 18-23mpg around town and anywhere from 22-27 highway. I have a 97 camry xle 3.0L V6. Hope that helps.

mine is 60 litre
10 litres on red light
10 km per litre at its worst
most put in tank.... 64 litres damn that was close

i have 1990 I-4....12-14 gallons at fillup and 27-28 MPG city and 34-35 MPG hwy.

It ususally takes me about 10-12 gallons to fill up, and I average 31 MPG overall, with mostly city driving.

BTW it's a 1991 3SFE with 76k miles.

I usually fill up when I have about 1/4 tank remaining. However, for me, I get about 16 mpg city and 19 hwy. The EPA ratings are 18/25, but I've never come close. I think it's because my oxygen sensor is bad.

I think i read in my Haynes that the tank it 14.xx gallons. I remeber putting 12-13 in mine ususally and got about 22mpg

My ES250 seems to fit 12 Gal when the gas light comes on. However I usally fill it around 1/4 tank by the guage and get around 11 Gal in.
