Recently my airbag light came on and hasnt gone off. It has been about 4 days and i am telling my friends that either the passenget might not come out, or mine, just to be comical about it. I replaced my axle about 6 days ago and then drove to school. My battery terminal was loose so i had to get jumped and then tightened it. The light has been on ever since. I have a 95 v6. Let me know if youve got any ideas. Im stumped.

tykelle's post is real good.

Your airbag will not deply as long as the light is on. that little fact actually save me a lot of $$$ replacing it. I had a little fender bender and I mean little. It was only enough to ruin my hood grille and headlights but the airbag didnt deploy. (i was going like 10mph and i hit someone from behind .... traffic jam). I ofcourse I alwayz say to myself what if i where going 90 MPH and my airbag light was on????

Fix it.
