Indiglo conversion

After checking out those indiglo gauges on procarparts.com (they're real purdy-like) I realized that they go on late model gen 2 cam and wouldn't make any sense on my '87.

I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to just replace the gauges in my car with those from a late gen 2, or if it's a little more involving, with all the eloctronics and such?

Thanks.

Those indiglo guages are for the gen 2 V6.

They'll probably fit on a 4cyl but, the speedo and tach will be off.

the rpm gauge is different for the V6 LE is different from the four cyl (LE)?

I thought it was just the speedo that was different 130 mph for 4 cyl and 150 mph for V6.
