dies when cold

i have a 95 toyota camry i4... Has over 154k miles on it, i've droped 600 bucks just to fix some problems with it(rack in pinion, head gasket)... and nothing resolved... the throttle body has been cleaned & it still dies on cold mornings... this pisses me off! then when i turn on EAT it revs harder and takes off slower and wastes more gas... this car is a shame.. it gives toyota a bad name...
