Prices really vary, what he gave you was a good ballpark. But you need to shop around either local shops or internet.

Window deflectors aren't necessarily ricey, they can be a nice touch. All a matter if you want a car that you like because it's really fast or because of comfort and ride quality.

clear coners, get em from ebay 5 bucks, not too sure what clear black lights are

I have window deflectors on my 95' and they look real nice. very oem i put some silver trim on them and they look real clean. check em out.

You can get all that done a little under a grand but it depends on what kinda rims you're looking for...

I believe that Clear Corner lights are $12 on ebay + $18 shipping. That was one of the cheapest I found a few weeks back on eBay.

Interested in window tint, is there anything i need to look for such as brand or tint % (besides the workmanship)?

Just call around and ask questions and see if they have a lift time warrenty on their product( glad I did I have had my drivers side window replaced twice). As for what percent you want....it depends on whether you are afraid of getting a ticket. I personally have 15% on all my windows and I have never been harrased in about two years( Knock on wood) So I hope that helps you out.
