Has anybody experienced the effects of putting larger diametre ignition leads in? One of my mates put in Magnecor 8.5mm into his V8 and it made it run smoother, especially at idle. He also said it felt more responsive.

For the 3vz guys the KV85 (8.5mm) wires part number is: 65156. Although it states the wires are for US and Canadian models only, I cant imagine there being any difference between ignition leads for the US LHD and Australia RHD models with the same engine.

Do you guys think it would be worthwhile since it is quite expensive?
