15lbs is a light wheel and Enkei is a quality brand.
However, you also have to consider the tire size you will be using.

Not sure what part of Brooklyn you live at, but if you're expecting "daily driver" use, I would not go with an aspect ratio (sidewall) lower than 50 series.

With my Gen2 Camry, I used 205/50ZR16 with 16x7 wheels.

Some areas are not so kind to a nice wheel/tire package.

Along 3rd Avenue (under the Gowanus), I've lost a nice wheel due to a pothole mishap; and that's me following the 30MPH speed limit.

Just something to think about.

I had a 215/50/17 on my gen3.5 and a 2.5-3" drop (1.5 finger gap all around) with about a pinky's clearence between the strut and tire in the back ... I never had any rubbing issues.

No, you just get the proper aspect ratio tire. You cutoff the sidewall what you gain in rim.

Just an example:

Say your tire (rim included) has a radius of 19", if you use a taller rim, you must deduct it from the tire. There's a tid-bit about it in the FAQ, as I recall.
There's plenty of posts dedicated to it, and if you're lazy, just go to tirerack.com and see what they suggest for your car with your sized rim.
