Problem with my fuel tank

I just filled up my cam with gas today, and the light won't go away. It will sometimes go away, but then comes back on. I was wondering why its doing this since, I just filled it up with gas. Anyone know how to fix this? The meter seems to be going out too, it will sometimes just move up and down sporadically, not in a fast manner, but in a very slow matter, that its not noticable that the bar is moving.

Any help would be appriciated.

i dk about the floats they use, but if they do, it may have become cracked or something, as for the gauge light, there might be some shortage along the way or something.
