This is the first time the Camry has shut off on me. I was backing up to get out of a parking spot on a little hill, and while I was sort of pushing the gas pedal and letting it go it died. It happened twice. What could this be?

Need to clean out your intake manifold and TB. And make sure the IAC is clean too.

TB=Throttle body.

I can't figure out IAC tho.

IAC (Intake Air Control valve) or IAC (Idle Air Control valve).

Been having a similar problem myself. Stalls randomly, some days I can drive it for an hour and it never stalls, others it will die at almost every stop sign or traffic light. I had the ISCV (idle speed control valve) replaced and it still stalls.
