Well the parts list still applies.
1. Tranny (E153).
2. Clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder (should come with the tranny), clutch lines (theres a hard line and a rubber line).
You can use a stainless steel braided line instead of the rubber line. Theres a place (American Street Rod) off of Sunrise Blvd. that sells stainless steel braided lines + fittings.
3. Clutch and brake pedal.
4. Shifter assembly.
5. Shifter cables.
6. Shifter trim piece (auto and manual is different).
7. Center console piece. You might need this piece.
8. Axles. You might be able to use your existing axles. Hold off on this till you find out if your existing axles will work or not.
9. Flywheel. It should come with the tranny, just have it resurfaced at a machine shop.
10. Clutch (clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing). Not sure if this comes with the tranny or not. You'll probably want to replace it anyways, so I guess it doesn't really matter.

I plan to have a shop do it (since I know them "Evolution Motorsports near SMA") but they've never done an auto to manual swap into a gen4 camry and though I might give them a list of steps and parts needed for help.

I've never done a auto to manual swap either. But I have replaced engines and trannies.
Ask Roland about the engine and 2 auto trannies on Joe Steeles 94 Camry.
