Best way to get heat shield to stop rattling?

Well, pretty much the headshield is the only part of my car that rattles due to the subs. I think it's rattling against the muffler. What's the best way to get this to stop? I supposed I could just cut out the part thats rattling but is there any kind of foam I can stick between the two parts that will withstand the heat?

Yeah but It's a bunch of work to remove it, have to take out a bunch of nuts. Plus, its not easy for me to work under the car since I can't get it on a lift.

Buy a few radiator hose clamps. The metal kind you can un-screw all the way, put a few of them together, put it around the muffeler and tighten it down till it stops vibrating.
