Hey guys.
I just got my auto trany swapped out from my 94 camry xle 4cyl. about 3 months ago, my car had about 372K on it.. but this auto tranny has about 102K on it now,, I just took it on a 1500 mile trip.. and no my reverse just recently gave up.. i CHECK the fluid and it looks a little burnt.. so what could It be? or could it be adjusting the tranny linkage on the tranny? or my dogbone.. its kidda shot too//

Let me know your inputs b/f I take it to the tranny shop

Id say you got a bum tranny. If the fluid looks burnt and its only got 100k miles on it... yeah. Where did you get it from? If it was used did it have any warranty on it? Most places will give you like a 90 day warranty on used engines/trannies.

but humm I just recently when to the grocery store and it sounds like it engages feels a clunk too it / same for "D" but this gear works fine.. shifts smoothly and thats about it..

my reverser gear looks like it slips and then it some times work??
