checked my fuse box today and there are no fuses for spots marked "Radio". my head unit works so i dont know. should i put a fuse there, think it takes a 20A and a 10A.

You should try and find out what fuse your radio is running off of...if it's getting power, then it's not coming from the radio fuse spot that you're looking at. Could be running off of the interior lights, or cigarette lighter fuses or something.

just pull them out one by one, for ones that you think could be it. When the radio doesnt come on then youve found it

Yeah, just check and see if everything else works fine. It can't be connected through that fuse and be running if there's no fuse there. Do you have an aftermarket headunit? and if so, did you have some place install it? They may have run it through an inline fuse somewhere along the wire instead of running it through the fuse box for some reason. You can always just throw some fuses in there, but it sounds like they won't do anything.
