Lite Glow+ Drilling Through Firewall

I am interested in install Lite Glow on my 1993 Camry LE, but the only way I can think of hooking it up to a switch on my dash is by drilling through the firewall which I dont feel comfortable doing, is there a way that I might be able to hook it up to a switch a different way or is there a flame retardant that I might be able to use?

yeah just use one of the existing holes in the firewall, it might be a little tight, but I got my wires for my foglights through it w/ a little pulling and what not.

Yeah you can use the clutch hole or the one that goes behind the fender liner.

Me and my friend were looking under the dash by the brake pedal and he said that we could drill a (3/16in) hole about 5 in up from the brake and about 4 inches to the left, does that sound safe?
Thanks for all the replies

Yeah use the firewall plug. Its also how most people run sound systems when using thick wire from the battery.

You need to remove the front drivers side wheel + wheel well liner.

Ohhhhh.. so thats where the damn hole is >.< I've been looking for that for months.. no one actually explained in depth and showed a pic.. My Amp Power wire is running underneath my car and up into the trunk next to that clear tube thingy on the drivers side. and I poked holes in the steering gromet rubber thing for my Undercar LED lights...
