140k tune up time

hey guys i reached about 140,000 miles on my car. i went to get an oil change and the mechanic says i need to get a tune up and replace a lot of things. timing belt (he says theres about 2 or 3 belts i need to replace), a CV boot? on of the wheel side, transmissiion flluid/fllush? , replace spark plugs, the wires on the engine thingy, and some other couple minor ones i think. he says hes gonna charge me $650. is that a decent price? thanks

you could do it yourself for less, *if in fact you know what you are doing* otherwise thats not a bad deal.
