Any hints as to what the problem is? or how to find out what the problem is? Should i not drive my car around till i figure this out?

did you install Hub rings? I had to put them on when I put my rims on, there was a mind vibration.
about the sound check the tires in the back, see if you can stick your hand between the tire rubber and the rear strut, it may only be rubbing slightly but that will resonate.
SO let see the rims man...don't just tease us with problems...lol
