DISTRIBUTOR O-Ring

Does anyone know (for certain) what the size of the distributor o-ring is? I am looking to replace it but none of the parts stores know what the size is. I have a 94 Gen3 I4. I called the dealer and they gave me a part number (9009914091) but they dont have any specifications for it. Anyone know?

right you are. I had to search for different vendors part numbers but I finally found it. I put the toyo part# in the .com search engine and it gave me an Ishino brand Distributor O-Ring (part# F2101-67846). The price was a lot cheaper than the dealerships of course. Now I took that number and checked it against autozone, napa, and advance auto parts and nothing came up. Then I put the original toyo part# in those websites and Napa was the only one that came up with something. The Napa part# for the distributor o-ring for the 94 Camry I4 is NGAB45859 and its $1.29. Its called that NAPA Gaskets Distributor Mounting Gasket.

toysarefun, when you changed yours was it leaking? Better yet, how much was it leaking and where did you see the leak? (on the transmission or down the side)

I changed mine this weekend. I dont think I was leaking from there but the distributor was not tightened as much as it could have been. Anyway, if you notice a little oil from that area go ahead and change that o-ring. Its $1.25 so its cheap enuff to replace just to make sure it isnt the source of the leak. Also, when you take your distributor off be sure to mark the position that its in.

I need to change mine, also I need a valve cover gasket so was waiting until I do that to change it. I'm not even sure how bad it is leaking, just that every other oil seal was bad and these are the last two to do.
