Suspension and Drive Train

Couple simple ones... (I hope)

Will the revised strut mounts available for the Gen4 solve the noise problem caused by the TRD struts made by Bilstein? Or will I need to find the isolator kit also?

Also I can't find a part number for the TRD LSD. I was told the following will work (41301-SW202) but its listed for the Corolla/MR2 and I wasn't sure if this was the correct one.

Thanks
Russell

The new, redesigned strut mounts are supposed to correct the problem. The Isolator kit is no longer avail.

where...

Any idea where I could pick up an isolator kit? I've looked but no one seems to have them. I know they have been discontinued by TRD.

Don't bother. He can't get them. If anybody knows where to get a kit pls let us know.

I thought the new strut mts addressed the issue. I just thought the Iso. kit was a cheaper fix. What have your heard Tubby?

oh, he doesn't have them anymore.. that sucks..

well, the TRD sales representative told me that 2001 Camry model has a revised strut mounts, the isolator kit is not necessary.. .
they lied, those idiots, you saw what happened to my struts, and the noise is just horrible...

Hmm...I wonder what the best approach is to avoid getting knocking? TRD revised mts, based on your experience isn't gonna work. However, TRD said that you weren't supposed to encounter any probs.
The Iso kit isn't avail anymore.
The only other two options is trying KYB strut mts or just pray that I don't get any knocking :x

Has anyone else been able to solve the noise problem without the isolator kit? I've got the struts but now i'm afraid to have them installed
I bought the struts from Sam, mailed him about the isolator, hope he has em too.
