3rd brake light bulb

Help please. How do I replace the bulb in the top brake light of a 1996 Camry?
Dealer wanted $24.00 to do it.

just get a screwdriver and pry the cover off. it should be a 194 type bulb but i could be wrong. take it out first and bring it to the auto parts store if you are unsure.
