Exclamation please help with window problem

i have a problem with the driver side window on my 92 camry. it went down but it will not go back up. i am going to take to someone else to fix but i still have one problem--i have to park outside for a few days until i can get it fixed. is there some way to manually put the window back up? the motor seems to be running and i can see a wheel with a wire moving but the window wont go up. camrys in chicago disappear fast enough when the windows are up so i dont really want to leave outside for a couple days with a window down.

thanks

your regulator is probably fried, so you may want to find a junkyard and find some regulators for cheep, or you can buy a oem one at a dealership if you wish.. and i doubt that you will be able to get the window up manually, just try to physically get it up as far as possible

btw, welcome to the nation!!

? if you are hands-on enough to be able to do that much, you can just fix it yourself....all parts are just a direct swap-in, and ebay has things for cheap
