Lightbulb Paint touchup (many pics, 56K stay away)

Some questions I had about the paint on my Camry...

Some ass scraped past my car a few weeks ago in the parking lot at my school, and this damage resulted:








Also, someone keyed my hood a while back:




What can I do to touch these areas up?

Also, my door handles seem to be...spotted:


Anyone know what could be causing that? It's like that on all four, even though the only two that are used with any regularity are the forward two. And it's just the door handles themselves, none of the surrounding metal (as you can see).

Must use some flexible primer for the plastic bumper cover, or else it will flake later. I am not too sure but last time I did my bumper on my Cavalier, the sales clerk advised me to add a flex additive and some binder to clear coat as well, and mixed it in for me, it was like a few cc's of each to the lacquer I bought.

buff compound works soso, not on big pieces, and toyota touch up paint sticks out...just a heads up
