5 Lug Corolla WHAT?
whichever one has the better power to weight ratio, driver and torque/weight ratio
Yeah, he knows a lot about driving and cars. Thats why he told me one day that he was doing N drops in his rental car. And when I told him he was an idiot, he said it did not hurt it becasue it was a new car.

N drop = put the shifter in neutral, rev it up, drop it to D. It's like launching with a manual tranny, but on an auto tranny, it destroys it. Anyways, I'd say this is a very close race. I've got the same car as you, but I've never raced an LS (only GS-Rs), and only on the freeway. I think the Camry can pull it off, though. You've got a slightly better hp-to-weight ratio, and a lot more torque. The auto tranny really hurts the LS, which needs a five-speed to stay in its narrow powerband, whereas the Camry has got a big, wide powerband that does just fine with only four gears. He obviously doesn't know much about cars if he's doing N drops in rentals, so go smoke him.
if u powerbrake but he drops it neutral drops, it could be a close race; HOWEVER if he continues to N drop, he'll have to replace his tranny very quick, in which case, ask him to race when he kills his tranny and laugh at him!!!

Integras a SLOW. I don't know why that car is so overrated. Unless you have done some serious work to it it will not beat a camry. Unless it is a Type R you have him beat.
bench racing...i'm guessing...is proposing a "who would win?" type question while sitting at ur computer, ie. bench, instead of calling up ur friend and racing...basically hypothetical racing...
i change my mind, i think u'll win b/c the teg. is an auto so both of u will shift slowly, but dont worry when/if he pulls u in 1st and 2nd gear, once u hit 3rd u'll pull hard, hard enough to catch and pass him, i believe.
and unless u have a spare tranny in your garage, don't N drop, leave that to the idiots; just powerbrake (u should be able to hold it at around 2.3K-2.5Krpms since ur stock (ie. hold brake hard and press down the gas til said rpm wait til launch and let go of brake )

stock to stock the teg will pull at first but the cam will comeout on top.
but that is if everything is tuned. both cars are slow as hell stock. so most of the time it is the drivers that lose not the car. the reason this thread might get locked is you are talking about street racing. witch we do not like. l was racing a 2005 dodge himmy wagon ( on a ranch track) he got me at first but i was right on his ass. he won at the 1/4 but we where going for the top out. the runway we where no was long as hell. just after the 1/4 i was side by side thin past him up. he toped out at 98 and i top out at 123.there is no way i would have cept up with him if he could race with a sluch box(auto). like i said it is sometimes the drivers that lose. by the way i'm far from stock
