need some input guys

ok i just went to wal-mart today an got the bottle of testors candy apple red spray. i have a 99 camry 4 door and i was wondering how many of you have tried spraying the amber part of the tailight?? and if so does it work? and does it look smooth? last question how long will you think it will be red? thanks guys and to all your 4th generaton camry owners. im planing to spray soon so help me out here guys

I sprayed mine with the same paint except on a 88 Camry.

Yes it works. Yes it looks smooth if you take your time and do it right. I sprayed mine a few yrs ago and its still red.

1. Remove the lights from the car.
2. Clean them.
3. Mask off everything except the amber part.
4. Spray a few light coats. Remember to let it dry in between coats.
