4th Generation suspension rattling when turning

My 00 camry has been making rattlings noise while making a right turn for quite a while, sound comes from front driver suspension. But it only happened when i was making a sharp right turn. Now the sound occurs even on low speed and its getting worse. I did a search on the forum and it seems strut mount seems to go bad, but alot of people said sound occurs when running over bump or rough road. Mine drives perfectly fine and does not making any noise at all (except for pssssh sound) when going over bump or rough roads. I've had a accident that hit the front driver side tire pretty hard, and had whole front driver side suspension rebuilt. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can give me some advice on what the problem is.

Also on side note, i moved into a new neighborhood. And i'm trying to find a reliable mechanic here. Whats a good way to test if they are out to rip me off or not? i usually use "my gad pedal is sticking" question, and see if they try to rip me off or not. Thank you!

Yeah cv boot/axle is what I'm thinking but that's more of a clicking noise than a rattling noise... so I'm not sure.

Maybe just check the bolts that hold the suspension together since you've had it redone. Maybe they're not tight enough and when you turn the strut is moving some.
