no...they actually don't...it's always just people without the lips speculating and hoping....
the only way to get the gen3 lip on to a gen3.5 camry is by using a gen3 bumper and then putting that on the gen3.5 car - which is no biggie anyway
you can't put the wrong lip on the wrong bumper because they need to use those little vents on the front of the stock bumper to mount- specifically the 2 little ones on the sides while the big one in the middle is cut out
and they vents are different sizes on the gen3 and gen3.5 bumpers - plus the 3.5 bumper vents have a line going through the middle of it and that's molded in
- if you were to cut it up and make the gen3 lip fit into the gen3 bumper, you'd lose hte structural integrity of the lip+bumper, because you have to remember that hte lip is functional and when moving, there is a lot of downforce on it
and cost - $215USD plus shipping (or at least it used to be)
if you're in Canada, expect to pay about $450CNDto get it shipped to your door - shipping + taxes+ ups fees, etc. etc.
