This is a stupid question, but will an intake system suck up more gas? :-?

No. It should actually help raise your gas mileage a little bit because the engine will not have to work as hard to draw in air and is able to breathe more freely.

true on both sides putting on an intake will save you gas thats if you keep driving the same way. If your anything like me it will make you use more gas cause now youll be reving higher casue it sounds so good ...hahah
