4th Generation Rear passenger side door and quarter panel

I scratched/dented my rear passenger side door and quarter panel taking a turn to tight. Would it be cheaper to have an auto body place repair it or get parts from a junkyard? I already found a 1998 that is the same color as my 1997 how much should I expect to pay for just the door skin and quarter panel(I'm waiting for their reply). Also it looks like the quarter panel and roof are one piece how/where do they connect?

The 1/4 panel has to be cut off to be replaced. Usually cheaper to repair. The camry door I bought, was $75. I found it cheaper to replace.
