like it says i need to know where i can pick up an engine for my 96 camry v6. if anyone has one let me know. or if anyone knows of some places where i might be able to pick one up let me know thanks alot
edit:
i'm going to look at one right down the street from my house. anyone know of a good write up on a swap. i already have the manual thats in the sticky but just wondering if there was a website or something floating around
hey thanks guys that site is nice! i found a couple engines in my area that im gonna check out. anyone know what i should be looking for. are there any common problems with these engines that i should look out for just by looking at them? thanks guys
if your planning on doing performance mods later on. you might wanna look into getting a 1mz from a gen4 camry or gen1 solara so you can add the trd supercharger, but ask around if a supercharged 1mz will fit in a gen3 because i'm not 100% sure.
the main problem witht egen 3 is theres no space under the hood, and shit gets in the way etc (mount or something)

i'm not looking to go performance route, its prob gonna be my daily driver that way my vr-4 can have a day off here and there. but you never know... thanks for the heads up though
its hard to argue with a 6 month warranty. and if its close to your house go 4 it!!! you may be able to find a cheaper motor but then you'll have to drive to get it or pay to ship it.
