Need Help TODAY !!!

Hey Everyone, I am going to finally break down and get my 18'' rims today, or this week for sure.

Just had some questions. I was going to go with ADR, but was told they aren't as well made as Nakayama rims. I was going to try and do something different and get 10 spoke, but my heart just has something for how good 7 spoke look on the solara.

Anyone have any feed back on Nakayam rims ??

Next question is tires. I was going to go with Kuhmo 712, or Yokohama Parada spec-2. Anyone have feed back on these tires ??? How do they compare to the new Nitto-555. I always heard Nitto was crap, can anyone give feed back on that ???

Thanks a bunch !!

not a big fan of nakayama or adr rims myself but i've seen some guys using them and no complaints.. as for tires the nt555 is expensive ... and ppl have different opinion on tires based on usage i mean wat u'll be using them for... ISgirl just bought paradas this time but she really wanted the potenza s02 or s03 ... in the end it comes down to the price/ performance ratio... as far as price went the paradas were good... the kumho ecsta is very popular here i nTN they are very good in the eyes of lots of ppl here and i dont doubt those eyes cos they have experience... but i still like the yokohama AVS Intermediate... a good place to check out tires and rims is www.tirerack.com they have good reviews and stuff u might wanna read up on and that should help ya out...

Thanks Cam for your input. Actually the cost of the tires will be all the same for me. THe guy doing the package said he would do any of the 3 at the same cost. He has the set in the store with Nitto's on them right now, I just heard bad things about them. I guess right now I am leaning toward the Yokohama's, which will take about a week to order, I hope not longer. Only have about 3 more months to drive with them.

IMO.

Pradas are nice looking tires, but I doubt they do any better than Kumhos in the track.

Kumhos is good for performance driving (if you push your car very hard).

Nitto tires... don't buy them unless you drag nights and nights...

Thanks you guys for the input, I just made the deal, gave the credit card over,

I just bought 18'' Nakayama X 7's with yokohama Parada Spec-2's !!

Hopefully I'll enjoy them. They are going on my 2000 1.6'' dropped solara. Right now I feel like any tire I chose would be better then the stock Michelans.

I just hope they come in a week so I can through them on and let you guys know how they turned out. Hopefully have some pics too.

THanks !
