Electrical Problem

Hey let me see if anyone can help me on this problem,

I got a 1993 Camry and my battery light is on. When I press my break the light will turn off. I've already got a new battery and the problem is still their. Sometimes when I'm driving my car will stall out on me. Not all the time is the in dash light on. I've already spent some time and money on this problem and I can't figure out whats going on. The fuzes and relay's have been checked twice, but to me it still seems like it's one of thos options. Let me know if anyone out their has a good idea as to what to do. Thanks!
