4th Generation Anyone Ever Tried This??

Was wondering if anyone has tried putting a Gen 4.5 trunk on a Gen 4. Cause on the Gen 4.5's, the lights on it are different from the Gen 4's. My main goal would be to put a trunk from a 4.5 on my gen 4 and then get these lights:

What do you all think?

first off: altezza lights are played out and look HORRIBLE!
secondly: you will be spending
1. 300 - trunk lid
2. 150-200 - rear bumpercover
3. 200 for the lights

thats a massive 600 (all this considering you find a trunk lid and rear bumper cover in your exact color code). that 600 could equate to a nice rim+tire pacakge..n that would make your car 'tighter'

Plus you'd have to replace your outter corner taillights with the gen 4.5 which would mean replacing the rear fender. Theres another couple hundo so now you're looking at like $800 unpainted. In the end.... not worth it

^^ WTF?? - no true

There are no 'rear fenders'...rear qtr panal, but nothings wrong with his car; the rear bumper cover should be suffice. Additionally the lights he wants to buy include cornor lights - hence i didn't include in my calcs
