lol would that be it ? i would think that it would slow me down smoother .. im not hitting the Brake enough to come to a DEAD stop.. just enough to slow me down faster than normal (hense high speed) i know ABS lifts and Pressure and lift.. to keep it from locking up.. but would this cause this Shaking ?.. it just feeling like its Grypping TO hard and just letting go again.. and same and over

1) y are u hitting ur brakes that hard when traveling that fast? and if it physically shakes the car, stop going that fast.
2)if it's b/c u see a cop or something, that'll make u more noticeable, b/c either brake lights and it's easy to tell oncoming when someone speeding slows down...(also, don't quickly switch lanes, it also makes u stand out...)
if this braking is a common thing with u and ur driving i would say it's ur rotors

i think its abs! going high speed and breaking really hard would make ur car spin out without abs if it sounds like your going over lined pavement.. the things they have in asia and britian den its 100% ABS either den dat its your brake system
ABS.
You can hear it / the car creak every time it let's off the brakes. Just keep your toe burried in it.

Listen to cam2Xrunner. It's one or more of your rotors that are warped. If you don't feel it in the steering wheel, than it could be one of the rear rotors. I believe your car has 4 wheel discs. If you bring it to a good tech, he will remove all 4 tires and put a dial indicator on your rotors and spin them. He will watch the dial and notice the maximum amount of "runout" (rotor warpage). There is a spec for "runout" limits for your rotors. The one(s) out of spec has to be machined or replaced. Usually, its a pair on the same axles (front or back). It usually is the fronts since they do most of the stopping and there generate the most heat. It's this heat that eventually causes the warping.
I would check again to see if you feel it in the steering wheel when it is happening. If you do, then it's definitely the fronts.

Or get a radar detector. Then you know if you need to slow down or not. if a cop sees you stepping on the brakes, but isnt clocking you, he cant pull you over. its only if he gets ya DOING 80 in a 55 when they flip on the lights. Unless they wanna be a dick and just harass you.
But i know what you are talking about...I think. I hit 135 MPH the other day and when you brake at high speeds all the way down to a low speed and you have just normal everyday brakes (not performance) it heats up the brake pads and rotar A LOT. You'll usually SMELL the brake pad if you brake too long/hard from high speeds. So if you havent destroyed the pad, or warped the rotar real bad, then it is probably on its way out. get them checked.

I have the same problem. Like if i'm on the highway and I have to slow down to get off at an exit i'll get a thud thud thud thud noise too. But I don't feel it in the steering wheel and I don't have rear discs.

I get the same thing but it certainly isn't warped rotors (for me anyway). Isn't there some kind of pump for the brake fluid so that it can keep pressure up?

Rear drums can also warp. An easy test to determine if your rear drums are warped is to stop the car using only the emergency brake at the speed this pulsation usually happens. You don't have to stop the car completely; just get below the speed that this usually occurs. If you now feel it in your right hand, you have a warped rear drum or drums. They too can need to be machined or replaced. I wouldn't use this e-brake test if you don't regularly use your emergency brake. If you don't use it, it could snap the cable or rust that has formed in the brake cable housing could cause the cable not to release. Other than that one precaution, you should be fine with this test.
