The 22r rods, what had to be modified to make them work? Crank diameter or wrist pin?...

Nah, the crank diameter and wrist pins were fine, the rod it just SO fat and there isn't much room. Pin height on the Arias pistons has to match up right too because the Eagle 22R rod is longer than the stock rods on the 1MZ-FE. Look on my CarDomain page and you can see the difference between the Eagle rods and the stock rods. As you know, the 22R is a 4 cylinder so at Stoid Racing they come up with a matched set of 6 rods and custom machine them to fit. They do a lot of very cool high performance work. That's where I got my pistons and rods from. I got the idea from Brad Bedell who had his 1MZ-FE built for his MR2 there. -JoeB
