My current situation:
I recently decided to get the Black Sparco Siena Seat, and had a performance shop i go to regularly to help order the seat and all the parts needed (slider, brackets). he said the sliders and brackets would come in 10 days...and the seat, bracket, slider, and labor would all cost me only $700!!! pretty good deal i think. i already put down $350.
the shop called me and said the seat is here today, but Sparco needed to custom make a bracket for my 2000 camry, and would take up to 6-10weeks!!!

problem is, i'm moving within 6wks.

and cannot stand my OEM seat anymore. the bottom cushion has no thigh support and no lateral support whatsoever.
so now i don;t know what to do. THe beautiful sparco seat is just sitting in the performance shop, waiting to be installed....
the shop guys (very cool guys btw), said i can get my money back if i decide not to get hte sparco seat. so I was considering other options to change out my OEM seat:
1. Been surfing on ebay, and they have ALOT of OEM seats for sale (leather, etc) from other cars that have way better support than my camry (rsx, integra, etc).
Is it possible to put another OEM seat into a camry? What modifications would be needed, and how hard would it be to do it?
2. Another option i had was to put in some OEM celica GT-S leather seats. What would I need to do to make it fit into a camry? I know some people (Ratko i think, etc) did it, and had shops fabricate the brackets. how much would a shop charge for this?
IF I decide not to go w/ the Sparco seats, my next favorite option are the celica seats. some on ebay are up right now. can the shop "easily" make it fit, or would it be a lengthy process of fabricating, etc?
sorry for the long post...just that got so excited about the Sparco seats but cannot get them installed!!!
