Gen 4's have a 38mm offset. Can you go higher/lower with the off set or what is the deal with that? I'm not very knowledgable about the whole rim thing.

the rim size and offset are fine. it's the bolt pattern that may be the problem.. go to the tire rack website or similar and see what the the bolt pattern is for that nissan model..also, what year/model nissan

now the only thing you have to worry about is the offset
the gen3 has a stock 38 offset too....but with a 6" wheel if not a 5" wheel.....if you have a 7.5" wheel, you may have to runn skinnier tires to make it work, or else you may rub on the fenders
best way is to put them on the car and see
