3rd Generation Unidentified Dash Light

Whenever i start up my car i get a little yellow car with its backlights flashing i dunno what it means, at first i thought it was my backlights maybe one was blown but after testing it wasnt that, i've been getting this check light ever since i got back my car from the bodyshop that fixed it after a accident . After some aggressive driving the light goes away, but it comes back after awhile
Example (i dont have a digi cam) hope this helps

Also check the 3rd brake light that is on the inside of the car, mine wasn't burnt out but if it dosen't sit right and goes out once, the warning light stays on until you turn the car off.
