Uhm... you're going to feel VERY little performance gain. Best bang for the buck? Nitrous.

But why don't you just save up all your money and NOT buy those engine mods and save up for the turbo set up?

All that stuff that you listed, you'll be spending close to $1400 and if you just hold off on all that listed stuff, you're already half way for a full turbo set up.

Save the money. Don't spend it on all that stuff.

Er,,, the 3SFE i4 can safely take 4-5 pounds of boost.

Just don't go crazy nuts like 88 LE and crank up the boost

I give props to Adam for trying to keep something rare....I mean I wouldn't go and destroy the mold or anything that rash, but fewer of them make the ones stand out. Save the $ for the turbo and get the rebuild in the meantime

Yes, I believe white90dx is running 5 psi.

My problem was with the factory internal wastegate and tuning. The spring in the wastegate was to stiff and I was seeing 10 psi.

It ran for 2 weeks on 10 psi, till the #4 piston grenaded.

O well, I don't have to worry about it anymore. A guy with a flatbed tow truck and forklift hauled it off yesterday.
