Search for seafoam and you'll get a few threads. One of them is pretty recent which tells you some of the ways you can use seafoam on your camry with details.

best thing also with the cams and miles on them...is to put more....it isn't uncommon for 250,000 without major problems...just keep up on the TLC though

ur 98 should last forever with basic maintenance. just check out the 200000+ miles club. its a huge list considering only .0000000000001% of camry owners are a member of TN.

If thats all you've done, your way overdue for other stuff.

1. Timing belt (every 60,000 miles).

2. Accessory belts (replace them along with the timing belt).

3. Water pump (replace every 120,000 miles along with the timing belt).

4. Spark plugs

5. Check the spark plug wires.

6. Fluids (tranny, differential, coolant, etc..)

Transmission fluid doesnt need to be changed every 3000 more like every 10000-15000 w/new filter....ive even heard some places recomend as much as 30000 but i usually dont wait that long. i have a 93 camry v6 ...it had 210000 and was running better than most new cars. I recently had it rebuilt but it didnt really need it...i was just preparing for the boost thats to come on top of all the other mods i did. But like ppl have been saying...do basic maintanence and youll have it runnin a long long time...o and import thing to add when doing an oil change is Engine Restore that stuff in the silver can and pop top...costs like $5 but def makes a difference..it basically restores lost compression and it works.

look in the manual. it will give you the breakdown of what needs to be serviced.
at 160K, if you have not done anything like the water pump, belt, tranny drain/flush, spark plugs, replace rubber parts (strut mount)... then it's good to do it ASAP. time to save up also.. it will cost you about 400-600 if you do it yourself. Dealership will run you 1k easily.

ie. look at the pic below for the 60K service. just a rough idea.
