(ISC) Idle Speed Control Valve Travel
I've taken my ISC valve off as it's not ticking like it's supposed to, and cleaned all of the intake gunk off of it, but am having trouble determining whether or not the valve is shot. The Haynes manual says to apply 12v to terminals B1 and B2 and then ground terminals S1, S2, S3, and S4 in sequence to open/close the valve. I definetly get hte valve to actuate, but only a miniscule amount. I'm unsure of how far the valve is supposed to open/close. The spring that the valve sits in is hardly compressed, which leads me to believe that hte valve should close a bit more, but I figured that I would ask.
