Wheels and Spring matching

I'm pretty sure to get some Eibach over summer (IF i can find a shop with good price for labour)... but i'm not sure if I should go with 16" or 17" wheels...cuz I know for sure 17" will decrease acceleration due to increased rotational mass. But 17" looks best when the Camry is dropped.
So I really dunno what to get 16" or 17"?

I was thinking of these Enkei , in 16"

I really want to know what fellow TN members think of this

Thanks man

i would go with 17 cos they sit welll and helps in handling.
there is always the cost of tires/rims of 16 vs 17.
17 tires are more expensive to maintain in the long run when you need to change tires.

17's will be fine. You really shouldn't be too concerned with acceleration loss. If you don't have your car built up for racing, you won't need that minor power loss. And if your car is built up for racing, then it won't matter because it's built

I'd go with the 17's. They'll most likely be cheaper because 16's (like 19's) are much more uncommon for people to buy. So you'll probably save money.
Traction-wise your going to gain a lot by going to a wider tire with stiffer sidewalls. You'll be happy with the handling improvement

Agreed, 17's will work out the best.

Those wheels are bling pow! I like em.

17s fo sho

BTW... those should run about 250-280 each without tires for those.

I gave $1,000 plus shipping (around $80) for my 18" Enkei RSV with tires mounted balanced with tuner lugs.. plug and play pretty much.

All prices are US dollars

1200 shipped with tires?

You can do Enkeis for that... just not those Enkeis

Also look into Konig, ADR, RS Limited (ADR subcompany), Rota, etc.

17s shipped with tires shouldn't run you more than $1000 (US) about $1200 (CAD) for namebrand... drop the namebrand part or get a lesser name (RS Limited) and the price should be around $800-900 (US) shipped with tires.

If you had 4x114.3 lug pattern you could get namebrand for less than 800 shipped (US) all day.

yeah it sucks that us camry have 5x114.3 pattern...not like hondas with 4x100!!... i go to my local forum...its like raided with 4x100 rims.... sucks so much for us!!!
Yeah ADR is a taiwan (or was it china) company... awhile ago they had a clearance..and my local shop had an awesome sale going on, but i missed out...so i hope they can get some 5x114.3 pattern for me...but even if they have some 5x114.3 left, i'll be very limited in offset options.

Konig is a possible option, i kinda like 5-star split rims or multispokes...sth like the superleggra...

Well Honda Civics and Integras have 4x100 but Preludes and Accords run 4x114.3.

The good news is the current Civic Si runs 5x114.3 so hopefully wheels with that pattern will go down sometime in the future since you know Honda owns the aftermarket...
