The word cheap and injen don't mix.

I heard removing the butterfly valves on the '02 can gain a few ponies, you should give that a try.

Are their any tricks like that for the gen3 4cyl camry? I want more hp, but can't afford turbo, engine swap, tranny swap, engine bore, nitrous etc. I'm broke.Any ideas?

No it's a scam.

I don't think there's anything else you can do for "cheap hp".

Maintenance-wise you can try cleaning your throttle-body or use fuel injector cleaner.
