3rd Generation Engine Start problem

Hi all.
I own a 1995 Camry LE, 5S-FE with 99k miles on it. Today as I was trying to go to school in the morning, I had trouble starting the engine. I would put the key to start like usual, hold the key there for a moment to start it but once i got it back into on position, the engine didn't work correctly. It was idling at about 200-300 RPM. The car was shaking badly so I turned it off and gave it another try. Same thing happened. Third time around, as it started badly, I gave the car some gas up to about 2500 RPM and when it came back down to idle, it was fine. Anyone got any ideas what may be wrong? Same happened as i was leaving for home. It had trouble starting. When i cam home and the engine was warm, i turned it off and started it up and it was fine. If it's of any help, i do park my car in the street overnight. Here in LA though, the weather is ok so i don't see how the engine may have problems from that. i went out and got a bottle of fuel injector cleaner and put in a full tank of gas into it now. So yea...If there is anyone out there who can help, I'll highyl appreciate it. Thanks~
Alex.

IAC (idle air control) valve and/or ECT (engine coolant temp) sensor.

Theres plenty of threads on here about the low idle problem. Search for IAC in the Camry forum.
