Wiper Arms won't come off

i thought i would need high temp. paint cuz it gets hot during the summer time where i live. I guess i'll use the regular spray paint.

I Also have another question. I have a 3rd gen. Camry after i take off the one bolt on each side of the wiper arms, should the arms come right off or is there another bolt holding them down?? alright Thanx in advance for any advice. :-? :-?

If you bend the arm so it is like a "L" it comes off easier.
